Apple signed a licensing deal with Universal Music to add Universal’s catalog of music to its cloud-based streaming and storage platform iCloud.

The first national Pay-Per-View and Video on Demand platform in China YOU On Demand closed a round of private placement of common shares with investors and received $10.9 million in proceeds.
Groupon
Deal-of-the-day Web site Groupon filed with the SEC to raise as much as $750 million in its initial public offering (IPO).
